Sales & Marketing Intern

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Sales and Marketing Intern will assist Vice President with various projects designed to promote the Innocent Classroom and secure contracts with potential markets and clients. Intern will also research potential Innocent Classroom partners, including cities and school districts. Research will be based on a template and plan provided by Vice President. Working closely with Vice President, Intern will have the opportunity to acquire and sharpen a variety of skills in marketing, recruiting, research, strategic communications and administration. Sales and Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to participate in staff meetings and learn about the general work of the company.

Commitment: 10-20 hours/week for 3-4 months.

Start date: September/October 2017

Programs & Evaluation Intern

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Programs and Evaluation Intern will assist Assistant Director of Evaluation
and the Program Manager with various day-to-day tasks including: Innocent Classroom research projects; survey data entry and analysis; aggregating program survey results; preparing print and digital materials for programs; managing program participant information and other tasks as assigned by both Assistant Director and Manager.

Commitment: 10-20 hours/week for 3-4 months.

Community Development Intern

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Community Development Intern will assist the Director of Innocent Community Development with various projects designed to support and sustain practice in the community of educators who have completed Innocent Classroom programs. Working closely with Director, Intern will have the opportunity to acquire and sharpen a variety of skills in marketing, community relations, administration, communications, research and social media management. Community Development Intern will have the opportunity to participate in staff meetings and learn about the general work of the company.

Commitment: 10-20 hours/week for 3-4 months.

Start date: September/October 2017

Recorder

Minneapolis, Minnesota

As a Recorder, you will draft high-quality live transcripts of Innocent Classroom sessions that accurately document unique exchanges between the trainer and participants. Each Innocent Classroom program is delivered over the course of 2-3 months, in 5 to 6 total sessions. Participants and staff, including the Recorder, commit to attending all sessions. Recorders may choose to work on multiple programs.

Commitment: 10-15 hours per week for 2-3 months.

Start date: August 2017
